Comments:

Unable to resolve power line noise prior to the contest.  It was 10 over 9 most
of the time,  We built several receiving antennas that helped some, but there
were still several layers of stations that were inaudible.  Apologies to those
who called in vain.

The contest starts at 5AM local time in Tajikistan.  The power went off at
midnight the night before, and stayed off until 7:30AM, so the first ever
Multi-Multi effort from the country started out for two and a half hours of
operation with a single battery-powered transceiver!

The EY2A operation was a wonderful team effort between contesters from opposite
sides of the world.  Those of us from the U.S. were privileged to experience
